Hi Symphonina Fans!

We hope you’re doing great. Fall is in the air, and as the leaves start to turn golden colors, we have a lot to share with you! Let’s start with our double album Symphonina Stories: New Horizons!

SYMPHONINA STORIES: NEW HORIZONS 

Symphonina Stories: New Horizons comprises eight Symphoninas, four orchestras, and fantastic featured soloists! It's available on our 2-CD set, all major streaming platforms, and digital downloads. Here is the track list.

Our producer team, David Fogel, Chris Prather, Gary Gray, Daniel Fisher, Gabriel Mulder, David Das, David Arkenstone, Cynthia Gage, and Zain Effendi, thanks everyone involved who helped us create all this wonderful music and CD: the composers, performers, conductors, engineers, engravers, artists, our competition judges, everyone who contributed time and funds to help us produce all of this, and all of you who support us in other ways. We’re truly very grateful. 

Critical acclaim for the double album is starting to roll in. Musikepool in the U.K. says Symphonina Stories: New Horizons “respects classical traditions while presenting it the way many people listen today. … polished [and] cinematic.” Falcoeice – Music Palace, also in the U.K., describes the album as a “thoughtful reimagining of how orchestral music can connect with modern listeners.” Revolutions de Rythme in France described the double album as “artistic” and “particularly compelling.”  We’ll share more reviews with you as we receive them! 

 

Update on Activities: 

Lenny and George Walk Into a World Premiere

The world premiere of David Das’ Symphonina No. 1 (Lenny and George Walk Into a Bar) which was performed in Allen, Texas (outside of Dallas), Sep. 19, 2026, as part of a public concert featuring Six String Symphony. David’s composition started the evening and was performed magnificently by the Allen Philharmonic Orchestra and Chorus, conducted by Ryan Ross. David was unable to attend the premiere due to his other obligations in support of the Society of Composers and Lyricists, so David Fogel and Chris Prather traveled to the event, assisted in rehearsal, and also had a wonderful time enjoying all of the performances that evening. Everyone at Team Symphonina thanks Kitt Wakeley, Allison Charney, and all the event organizers and participants for their kind inclusion of David Das’ composition in their program and gracious welcome! 

On the Radio

Donna Summer used to sing about it and we’ve been taking her up on her siren call. We’re pleased to report that in furtherance of our mission of spreading the joy of symphonic music, Symphoninas from Symphonina Stories: New Horizons have been performed on Wisconsin Public Radio, on Lite Lounge with Dimitri K. (which includes numerous radio stations around the world), and OPUS 94 in Mexico City, the #1 classical station in the country. OPUS 94 aired an interview with David Fogel and played the album as well.
