Newsletter - January 2026

Hi Symphonina Fans!

While it’s still January, we want to wish you all a happy and prosperous new year! The Grammys® will be awarded on Sunday, and we wish all of our friends who have been nominated the best of success! We look forward to seeing you at many of the Grammy®-related events in Los Angeles, including the World Entertainment Awards on January 31 at the Whisky a Go Go, where Ascension: Symphonina Rising is nominated for Best Classical Album.

The 2025 Best Symphonina of the Year Composer Competition

We just completed our 4th composer contest for Best Symphonina of the Year and our winner is Christopher Siu (Canada) with his first Symphonina! Jordan Jinosko (USA) earned runner-up with her third Symphonina. Christopher will receive the $2000 first-place prize while Jordan will receive the $1000 runner-up award. Alexander Unseth placed third, and Chris Prather, Marc Caroul, and Brian Ballinger earned honors as Finalist with Distinction. Daniel Vega, Lindsey Wiehl, Callen Clarke, and Dimitri Kovachev were also Finalists.
